Quetzalcoatl (Yutyrannus)

So I recently joined an RP site, and while the Yutyrannus hasn't made any appearances (So far I doubt he ever will), I decided to at least make a picture that includes Quetzalcoatl (Yutyrannus OC), and two other OCs of mine, a Neotropical Otter (The primary animals focused on in the site are Otters in general), and a Green Iguana. The setting itself is in South America, but if you pay a fee with points you earn by posting, you will be able to purchase the ability to use animals either not in any of the normal categories, something from North America, or the more expensive options being any other animal not from either American continents. The reason Yutyrannus popped into my head when I looked it over was because the extinct Thylacine was mentioned on the list of examples for the prices (Under the name Tasmanian Tiger to boot). As a whol, the sight focuses on animals that don't get too much attention in RP sites, and as I said, focuses mainly on Otters (And is recommended at least one character you have is an Otter).

Details about Quatzalcoatl I haven't fully decided yet, because at the moment, the head admin has yet to figure out how humans would be handled in the RP. Two ideas exist; Either ancient civilization (Where Quatzalcoatl gets his name due to the Aztecs), or an alternate universe without humans entirely. Still not exactly sure how it is I'm going to have a feathered Tyrannosaurid Dinosaur get into the action, but I'm currently trying to bargain with the head admin in that I'll be fully willing to pay 5 times the highest price for non-South American predators are at (2000 points), AND reach a certain post count if not pay an even higher price just for the sole purpose of using Quatzalcoatl as a character in his own separate RP away from all the others. As to the other two characters in this picture, both of their species are allowed without paying a single point.

Also this is the first picture in a long while in which I have a full background and characters present in the same picture. THIS. WAS. DIFFICULT. to say the least, as I was also going to shade the picture as well, but I ultimately decided against it because there was too much on the picture to get to shading. I will eventually, but even then, this was the most work I've put into any background based picture of my own.

Design Notes:
-If you're wondering what the thing is on the Yutyrannus' throat, it's an inflatable waddle that tends to inflate and deflate whenever it breathes. When enraged, the waddle will inflate and turn a reddish color when letting out a powerful roar.
-The feathering and coloration overall is reference to the Jurassic Park Builder depiction of Yutyrannus, which has it adopt a blue and red color scheme at Level 40, as well as also being where I'm getting the specific feathering details for this depiction from. The only difference is that Quatzalcoatl has a set of feathers that resemble a spine-like extension akin to Spinosaurus or a smaller relative, as a joke reference to the fact Yutyrannus shares the same animations as the Spinosaurus and Baryonyx in JPB. Those three also share animations with Carnotaurus.
-I most likely should've colored Quatzalcoatl a bright green with red feather trim colors, as how the actual Deity was colored in his Feathered Serpent form.
